My family and I are in need of prayer. I am an alcoholic and have only been sober since 7/5/2010. I am 52 years old and have been drinking since I was 10 years of age. Alcohol has done everything but take my life and have close to doing that several times. I need pray that God will remove this desire from me to destroy my life and everyone I love as well.

I need guidance in my life, I feel God is calling me and I am fighting him because I dont know what it means to be called. The other thing is that I am scared of doing the work of God because I dont know if people will listen to me. Also my job were i am working my boss does not like me, she is a racist. please pray for me, I am trying to do my part.

As a new Christian I pray for freedom from hurts I have received from my change in lifestyle. I pray for those around me who haven’t understood and have seen it as judgemental to find a relationship with Christ someday. I also pray for peace within my heart to know that I can’t make that happen.
